Reimagine the Cross Bronx

New York released the Reimagine the Cross Bronx Expressway: Connected, Safe, Healthy Communities Final Vision in March 2025.

Reimagine the Cross Bronx was a collective effort with communities to rethink the Cross Bronx Expressway from the Harlem River to the Hutchinson River Parkway. The goal was to reconnect neighborhoods and reduce the highway's impacts. The process began in spring 2023, and the report was released in March 2025.
