Reimagine the Cross Bronx

New York released the Reimagine the Cross Bronx Expressway: Connected, Safe, Healthy Communities Final Vision in March 2025.

Reimagine the Cross Bronx was a collective effort with communities to re-envision the Cross Bronx Expressway from the Harlem River to the Hutchinson River Parkway, helping to reconnect the communities divided by it and lessen the negative effects it has on surrounding neighborhoods. The process kicked off in Spring 2023 and the Reimagine the Cross Bronx Expressway report was released in March 2025.
